SAT Score for NUST

NUST requires a minimum SAT score of 1100. Competitive applicants typically score 1200 or higher.

Daakhla provides structured SAT preparation as part of our programme. Our students see an average improvement of 150 points through targeted practice and one-on-one coaching.

Financial Aid

NUST offers need-based financial aid. Apply directly to the university's financial aid office alongside your admissions application. Additional sources include HEC scholarships, provincial government programmes, and NGO funding.

Admission Tips

  • NET (NUST Entry Test) is the primary criterion — prepare specifically for it
  • SAT score can substitute or supplement NET results
  • FSc marks carry significant weight alongside test scores
  • Apply for NUST need-based scholarships at the time of admission

Advice for Students from Underserved Districts

NUST reserves seats under provincial quotas for students from KPK, Balochistan, and FATA, with lower merit thresholds than open merit. If you qualify for a provincial quota, your chances improve considerably.
